We provide Purchase Tender Services and we have the previous experience in the purchase of furniture, carpet, light current systems, security systems, generators, elevators and UPS units, Curtains, Signage, Turnstile gates and Lighting Fixtures for many or our customers.
Sustainable Solutions
We also have a sister company “Vision-e “that provides specialty-consulting services in sustainable design. Our highly qualified staff can offer consultancy services in the areas of energy efficiency analysis, microclimate and natural ventilation studies; day lighting analysis; solar studies; renewable energy application; green specification for building materials; and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification.
Despite being a relatively new established company in the Middle East, its team consists of engineers and scientists who have personal extensive experience in the field of sustainable design and LEED consultation in North America, with widespread accumulated experience in different aspects of environmental design. We also have a very special experience in two types of projects, data centers and educational buildings.
Recognizing the importance of sustainable development, Vision-e is dedicated to provide professional advice on sustainable design for buildings from early planning and design stages all the way to the construction and operational phases of the development. This is done through adopting an interdisciplinary approach to environmental design, which has an intrinsic agenda of concern about land, material and energy usage. In order to support this approach, we master and utilize a group of Hi-tech design and simulation tools that can predict the performance of new and innovative ideas, while saving extra construction cost. New tools and ideas, together with the specialist resources of the company enable us to deliver appropriate design that achieves sustainability for our clients and the wider community.
The privately owned firm has no affiliation with material suppliers or manufacturers, and therefore offers completely independent advice and counsel.
In addition to our in-house team, we have a mutual agreement to exchange resources with Sabbagh-consult for projects in KSA, and Mr. Mustafa Sabbagh (LEED AP, MSc, BSc (Arch)) works in conjunction with our team in all LEED projects in the Kingdom.
